My daughter was locked in our apartment on a Saturday night , around 8:30pm, and Wisberg and Daughter came to our rescue. Isaac was at my home in a half hour of me calling and solved my issues within a matter of minutes. He explained everything to me about my lock issue and was extremely pleasant. I didn’t expect to spend so much being a single mom BUT, I was taken care of very well and felt safe. Wisberg and Daughter Locksmith were friendly, professional and super helpful! Isaac came out and quickly fixed a stripped screw that I have been trying to take off my lock for weeks. He carefully took off the lock, installed a new one and aligned the door. Isaac was helpful and recommended ways to keep my home secured. Post appointment, the office called me to check up on how the service call went- love that final touch of care!

I called Wisberg and Daughter after I had received an outrageously priced estimate from another locksmith. Their pricing was so good that I didn't bother looking elsewhere. The locksmith came out quickly and was very knowledgeable because he informed me that my new door had not been installed correctly and advised me as to what corrections had to be made. My lock still has to be installed after the corrections are made but I feel confident that the workmanship will be great. I will post a follow-up to this review once the work has been completed but I'm quite impressed by my initial contact and they will most likely get that 5th star.

I live in Jersey City NJ and locked myself out of my apartment at about 7:45am and needed to get back inside by 9:00am to access my computer for a work meeting. These guys were quick and for $100 bucks had me back inside with time to make coffee before my meeting. They also were able to preserve the lock so I could keep my current key and everything was back to normal with a snap of the fingers. They even called me afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly...5 stars and highly recommended!!!

I can’t believe the service these guys provide. True professionals. My lady and I have been home for months due to COVID-19 as I’m sure many of you have, and well I’ve kinda got in the habit of leaving my keys behind when stepping out. Well my lady has returned to work this week and on day 3 I have locked myself out the apartment. I called Wisberg and Daughter locksmith they took down my information and a technician named Andrew immediately followed up with me. Andrew was here in 20 minutes, I couldn’t believe it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn’t believe the information he knew just by looking at the lock. He was able to pick the lock without damaging it! I could have totally not told my girl about this and saved myself the embarrassment hahaha! Also side note I think the lock works better now it’s smooth. Definitely go with theses guys!

First I must say how fast they were able to come out and fix my front door lock second the technician that came Isaac was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail showed me exactly what he was doing and showed me exactly what was wrong with the lock he fixed it in a timely fashion very happy with the service or use them again.

I received multiple calls in advance to alert me exactly when my tech would arrive. He arrived right on time. I needed a car key (actually two) reprogrammed. Rather than go through the dealership, I'd purchased the keys in advance through eBay (a mistake on my part, but I digress). The tech worked around my mistake. Their locksmith Isaac was able to repair a loose front door doorknob, and he was very articulate about what had to be done, why it was loose in the first place, the process to remediate it, etc. He had to screw in a custom nail that was exactly the right length so that it didn't protrude, which was difficult given the existing bending of the inside part of the lock . I'm very satisfied with their service, from the chat option on their site to customer support over the phone and fast arrival time. Best of all, now I know who to call if I ever have future lock-related problems in the JC area!
